Contract Renewal for Board of Management member of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG

Supervisory Board sets the stage for continuity and renews the contract of Dr. med. Dr. jur. Martin Siebert until September 2019

Bad Neustadt / Saale, 11^th November 2014

The Supervisory Board of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG has unanimously resolved to renew the contract with Dr. med. Dr. jur. Martin Siebert, a member of the board of management since 1^st October 2012 and CEO of the company since 1^st January 2013. His appointment was renewed with effect from 1^st October 2015 until 30^th September 2019; the current contract would otherwise have ended on 30^th September 2015.

"It is a clear sign for continuity and stability in the re-orientation of our company after the completed sale transaction with Fresenius/Helios," said Eugen Münch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. "The Supervisory Board is confident that Dr. Siebert will continue his excellent work in the future as well."
