RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG intents to issue a Euro Bond with an intermediate maturity
and an amount of up to EUR 400,000,000 subject to market conditions. The
Bond will be listed at the Luxembourg exchange. Proceeds of the offering
will be used to refinance outstanding financial debt as well as for general
corporate purposes.

Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, UniCredit Bank AG and WestLB AG
are mandated as Joint Lead Arrangers. From March 1st to March 3rd 2010
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG will meet with investors on a pan-European roadshow.
