notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

1) On 15 November 2013, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan
Stanley & Co. LLC held 2.91% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 4,023,841 voting rights.

2) On 15 November 2013, Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. fell below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. held 2.91% of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from
4,023,841 voting rights. Of these voting rights, a proportion of 2.91%
(equals 4,023,841 voting rights) is attributed to Morgan Stanley Domestic
Holdings Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

3) On 15 November 2013, Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC fell below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC held 2.91% of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from
4,023,841 voting rights. Of these voting rights, a proportion of 2.91%
(equals 4,023,841 voting rights) is attributed to Morgan Stanley Capital
Management LLC pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

4) On 15 November 2013, Morgan Stanley fell below the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley held
2.91% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from
4,023,841 voting rights. Of these voting rights, a proportion of 2.91%
(equals 4,023,841 voting rights) is attributed to Morgan Stanley pursuant
to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
