On 17 September 2013 J.P. Morgan Securities LLC fell below the threshold of
3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date J.P. Morgan Securities LLC held
2.18% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,009,963
