threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley &
Co International Plc held 0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
arising from 0 voting rights.

2) On 27 June 2012, Morgan Stanley UK Group fell below the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley UK Group held
0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 0 voting
rights.

3) On 27 June 2012, Morgan Stanley Group (Europe) fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616
Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley Group
(Europe) held 0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 0
voting rights.

4) On 27 June 2012, Morgan Stanley International Limited fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan Stanley
International Limited held 0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
arising from 0 voting rights.

5) On 27 June 2012, Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc fell below
the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Morgan
Stanley International Holdings Inc held 0.06% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 85,500 voting rights. Of these voting rights,
a proportion of 0.06% (equals 85,500 voting rights) is attributed to Morgan

rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 338,139 voting rights. Of these
