RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft (equals 0 voting rights).
 
On that date, the composition of the voting rights held by SEB AG was as
follows: A proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) was based on
(financial / other) instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG. A proportion
of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) was based on voting rights pursuant to
sections 21, 22 WpHG.

Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, SEB AG held 0.00% of the
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 0 voting
rights.

 3- Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden, notified us
    pursuant to section 25 WpHG of the following:

On 26 June 2012, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) fell below the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, SEB
AG held 0.00% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft
(equals 0 voting rights).

On that date, the composition of the voting rights held by Skandinaviska
Enskilda Banken AB (publ)  was as follows: A proportion of 0.00% (equals 0
voting rights) was based on (financial / other) instruments pursuant to
