KGaA concluded a share purchase agreement with Eugen Münch and Ingeborg Münch regarding the acquisition of a 12.39% shareholding in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG. The consummation of such share purchase agreement is subject to a condition precedent. Concerning one part of the sale regarding 2,180,112 shares (a total of 3.26%) by Mr. Eugen Münch and 1,708,778 (2.55%) by Mrs. Ingeborg Münch, the condition precedent has been met on 26 May 2020. |
