Today the company was informed by Fresenius, that Fresenius has reached an
agreement with Asklepios and B. Braun regarding the transaction between the
company and Fresenius Helios, according to which Asklepios and B. Braun
will refrain from measures against the transaction and B. Braun will
withdraw the lawsuit against it.
