Customs officers this week visited a number of facilities of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG. The reason is an investigation proceeding launched already several months ago against service companies working for the hospitals of the RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG. This essentially relates to the question of compliance with collectively agreed wages.
Our subsidiaries of course are giving the customs authorities their full co-operation. We are relaxed ahead of the investigation findings since we are convinced of having acted at all times in accordance with the law.
