10. Other explanatory remarks: | Asklepios Kliniken GmbH & Co. KGaA concluded a purchase agreement with Eugen and Ingeborg Münch on 28.02.2020 for the acquisition of a 12.39% stake in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG. The execution of this purchase agreement is subject to a condition precedent. Concerning one part of the sale (2,180,122 shares (3.26%) by Mr Eugen Münch and 1,708,778 (2.55%) by Mrs Ingeborg Münch), the condition precedent has been met on 26.05.2020.
