Managing Board remuneration system

The current remuneration system for the members of the Management Board of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft was resolved by the Supervisory Board in March 2021 and approved by the Annual General Meeting on 9 June 2021 with a majority of 98.49%. It applies from 1 April 2021 to all new service contracts to be concluded with board members and reappointments.
