Today, the completion of the capital increase from authorised capital,
which was resolved upon by the management board of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on 19
July 2009 and on 5 August 2009, was registered with the commercial
register.

Upon registration of the completion of the capital increase with the
commercial register the company's share capital has been increased from
EUR259,200,000.00 by EUR86,380,000.00 to an amount of EUR345,580,000.00.
The number of the newly issued shares is 34,552,000.
