On 1 November 2013, B. Braun Melsungen Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the
threshold of 5% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, B.
Braun Melsungen Aktiengesellschaft held 5.66% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 7,830,219 voting rights which
are held directly by B. Braun Melsungen Aktiengesellschaft.
