Correction to the notification of 27 August 2012 according to section 26
para. 1 WpHG

In the name and on behalf of the following persons, Clifford Chance
Partnerschaftsgesellschaft, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, has notified us on 3
September 2012 of corrections to their filings dated 27 August 2012
according to sections 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 S. 1 no 1 WpHG. Based on these
corrections, we correct our corresponding publication dated 27 August 2012
as follows:

(1) In the name and on behalf of B. Braun Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Melsungen,
Germany, Clifford Chance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft has notified us
according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that B. Braun Holding GmbH & Co. KG on
27 August 2012 has exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. Its voting rights interest henceforth amounts to 5.0002 %. This
corresponds to 6,911,897 voting rights.

(2) In the name and on behalf of BraHo Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH,
Melsungen, Germany, Clifford Chance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft has notified
us according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that BraHo Verwaltungsgesellschaft
mbH on 27 August 2012 has exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany. Its voting rights interest henceforth amounts to 5.0002 %.
This corresponds to 6,911,897 voting rights.

Of these voting rights, a proportion of 5.0002% (equals 6,911,897 voting
rights) is attributed to BraHo Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG (name of controlled undertaking: B.
Braun Holding GmbH & Co. KG).

 (3) In the name and on behalf of Ilona Braun, Germany, Clifford Chance
Partnerschaftsgesellschaft has notified us according to section 21 para. 1
WpHG that Ilona Braun on 27 August 2012 has exceeded the thresholds of 3 %
and 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. Her voting rights interest henceforth
amounts to 5.0002 %. This corresponds to 6,911,897 voting rights.

Of these voting rights, a proportion of 5.0002% (equals 6,911,897 voting
rights) is attributed to Ilona Braun pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG (names of controlled undertakings: BraHo Verwaltungsgesellschaft
mbH, B. Braun Holding GmbH & Co. KG).
 

(4) In the name and on behalf of Martin Lüdicke, Germany, Clifford Chance
Partnerschaftsgesellschaft has notified us according to section 21 para. 1
WpHG that Martin Lüdicke on 27 August 2012 has exceeded the thresholds of 3
% and 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616
Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. His voting rights interest henceforth
amounts to 5.0002 %. This corresponds to 6,911,897 voting rights.

Of these voting rights, a proportion of 5.0002% (equals 6,911,897 voting
rights) is attributed to Martin Lüdicke pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG (names of controlled undertakings: BraHo
Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, B. Braun Holding GmbH & Co. KG).
 

(5) In the name and on behalf of Ludwig G. Braun GmbH & Co. KG, Melsungen,
Germany, Clifford Chance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft has notified us
according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that Ludwig G. Braun GmbH & Co. KG on
27 August 2012 Ludwig has exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany. Its voting rights interest henceforth amounts to 5.0002 %.
This corresponds to 6,911,897 voting rights.

Of these voting rights, a proportion of 5.0002% (equals 6,911,897 voting
rights) is attributed to Ludwig G. Braun GmbH & Co. KG pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG (name of controlled undertaking: B. Braun
Holding GmbH & Co. KG).
 

(6) In the name and on behalf of Prof. Dr. h.c. Ludwig Georg Braun,
Germany, Clifford Chance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft has notified us
according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that Prof. Dr. h.c. Ludwig Georg Braun
on 27 August 2012 has exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. His voting rights interest henceforth amounts to 5.0002 %. This
corresponds to 6,911,897 voting rights.

Of these voting rights, a proportion of 5.0002% (equals 6,911,897 voting
rights) is attributed to Prof. Dr. h.c. Ludwig Georg Braun pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG (names of controlled undertakings:
Ludwig G. Braun GmbH & Co. KG, B. Braun Holding GmbH & Co. KG).
 

(7) In the name and on behalf of Ludwig G. Braun Verwaltungsgesellschaft
mbH, Clifford Chance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft has withdrawn the voting
rights notification of Ludwig G. Braun Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH dated 27
August 2012.
