Notification according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG 

Credit Suisse Group AG, Zürich, Switzerland, and Credit Suisse AG, Zürich,
Switzerland, notified us pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG of the
following:

1) On 9 July 2012, Credit Suisse Group AG fell below the threshold of 5% of
the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse Group AG held
3.39% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 4,691,563 voting
rights). From these voting rights a proportion of 3.39% (equals 4,691,563
voting rights) is based on voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG
and a proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) is based on
(financial/other) instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG. From the voting
rights based on instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG a proportion of
0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) is held indirectly.

2) On 9 July 2012, Credit Suisse AG fell below the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt
a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Credit Suisse AG held 3.39% of the
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 4,691,563 voting rights). From
these voting rights a proportion of 3.39% (equals 4,691,563 voting rights)
is based on voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG and a proportion
of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) is based on (financial/other) instruments
pursuant to section 25 WpHG. From the voting rights based on instruments
pursuant to section 25 WpHG a proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights)
is held indirectly.
