Notification according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG 

Bankhaus Lampe KG, Bielefeld, Germany, notified us pursuant to section 21
para. 1 WpHG and pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

1) Bankhaus Lampe KG notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the
following:

On 18 June 2012, Bankhaus Lampe KG exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of
the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Bankhaus Lampe KG
held 5.29% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft (equals
7,319,000 voting rights).

2) Bankhaus Lampe KG notified us pursuant to section 25 para. 1 WpHG of the
following:

On 18 June 2012, Bankhaus Lampe KG fell below the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Bankhaus Lampe KG
held 0% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft (equals 0
voting rights).

On that date, the composition of the voting rights held by Bankhaus Lampe
was as follows: A proportion of 0% (equals 0 voting rights) was based on
(financial / other) instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG. A proportion
of 5.29% (equals 7,319,000 voting rights) was based on voting rights
pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG.

3) Bankhaus Lampe KG notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the
following:

On 19 June 2012, Bankhaus Lampe KG fell below the thresholds of 3% and 5%
of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Bankhaus Lampe KG
held 0% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft (equals 0
voting rights).
