objective of Europe-wide distribution

We herewith announce pursuant to Section 26 (1) sentence 2 of the German
Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on 13 October 2015
Rhön-Klinikum AG, Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale, Germany, crossed the thresholds
of 3% and 5% by acquiring own shares and held, on that date, 8.90 %
treasury shares (corresponding to 6,543,390 shares).
