We herewith announce pursuant to Section 26 (1) sentence 2 of the German
Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on 15 October 2015
Rhön-Klinikum AG, Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale, Germany, fell below the
thresholds of 3% and 5% by redeeming own shares and held, on that date,
0.04 % treasury shares (corresponding to 24,000 shares).
