On 15 October 2015 Landeskrankenhilfe V.V.a.G exceeded the threshold of 3 %
of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Landeskrankenhilfe V.V.a.G held 3.19% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,138,479 voting rights. Of these voting
rights a proportion of 3.19% (equals 2,138,479 voting rights) is directly
held by Landeskrankenhilfe V.V.a.G.
