Jamie Zimmermann, USA, Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd., George Town, Grand
Cayman, Cayman Islands, Litespeed Management L.L.C., Wilmington, Delaware,
USA and Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd., George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman
Islands notified us on 21 October 2015 pursuant sec. 21 para. 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) of the
following:

1) On 09 October 2015 Jamie Zimmermann fell below the threshold of 3 % of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Schlossplatz 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Jamie Zimmermann
held 2.9995% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft
arising from 2,204,118 voting rights. Of these voting rights a proportion
of 2.9995% (equals 2,204,118 voting rights) is attributed to Jamie
Zimmermann pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG. Moreover a proportion of 1.02% (equals 749,400 voting rights)
of these voting rights is attributed to Jamie Zimmermann pursuant to sec.
22 para. 1 sent 1. No. 2 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2) On 09 October 2015 Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd. fell below the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd. held 2.9995% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,204,118 voting rights. Of
these voting rights a proportion of 2.9995% (equals 2,204,118 voting
rights) is attributed to Litespeed Offshore Fund Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. Moreover a proportion of 1.95% (equals
1,432,676 voting rights) of these voting rights is attributed to Litespeed
Offshore Fund Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 WpHG.

3) On 09 October 2015 Litespeed Management L.L.C. fell below the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Litespeed Management L.L.C. held 2.9995% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,204,118 voting rights. Of
these voting rights a proportion of 2.9995% (equals 2,204,118 voting
rights) is attributed to Litespeed Management L.L.C. pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

4) On 09 October 2015 Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd. fell below the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Litespeed Master Fund, Ltd. directly held 2.9995% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,204,118 voting rights.
