On 15 October 2015, Mrs. Ingeborg Münch exceeded the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d.
Saale, Germany. On that date Mrs. Ingeborg Münch held 5.44% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,644,324 voting rights. All these
voting rights (equals 3,644,324 voting rights) are directly held by Mrs.
Ingeborg Münch.
