Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

We herewith announce pursuant to Section 26a of the German Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) for Rhön-Klinikum AG, Bad Neustadt
a.d. Saale, Germany that at the end of month October 2015 the total number
of voting rights amounts to 66,962,470 voting rights. The decrease of the
total number of voting rights came into effect on 15 October 2015.
