The voting interest of Columbia Management Group, Boston, USA, in the capital of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Bad Neustadt/Saale fell below the threshold of 5% on 21 February 2006 and now amounts to 4.46%. 4.46% of the voting shares are attributable to Columbia Management Group in accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1, no. 6, sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The voting interest of Bank of America Corporation, Charlotte, USA, in the capital of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Bad Neustadt/Saale fell below the threshold of 5% on 21 February 2006 and now amounts to 4.46%. 4.46% of the voting shares are attributable to Bank of America Corporation in accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1, no. 6, sentence 2 of the WpHG.
