Contract Renewal for Board of Management member of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG / Supervisory Board sets the stage for continuity and renews the contract of Dr. med. Dr. jur. Martin Siebert until September 2019

The Supervisory Board of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG has unanimously resolved to renew the contract with Dr. med. Dr. jur. Martin Siebert, a member of the board of management since 1st October 2012 and CEO of the company since 1st January 2013. His appointment was renewed with effect from 1st October 2015 until 30th September 2019; the current contract would otherwise have ended on 30th September 2015.

"It is a clear sign for continuity and stability in the re-orientation of our company after the completed sale transaction with Fresenius/Helios," said Eugen Münch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. "The Supervisory Board is confident that Dr. Siebert will continue his excellent work in the future as well."
