Correction of the notification pursuant to § 25 (1) WpHG on 21 July 2006 

Nordea Investment Fund S.A, Findel, Luxemburg has notified RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on 31 August 2006, that they retract their statements on 14 July 2006, pursuant to § 21 par. 1 WpHG, published on 21 July 2006 by RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, because the voting interest in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG held by Nordea Investment Fund S.A. are not attributable in accordance with § 22 par. 1 sentence 1, no. 6 of the WpHG and therefore no thresholds were exceeded or fallen below.

Notification pursuant to § 25 (1) WpHG on 21 July 2006 

We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 9 August 2004 the voting interest held by Nordea 1 Sicav in Findel, Luxemburg, in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG exceeded the threshold of 5% and now amounts to 5.67 %.

Furthermore we hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 26 September 2005 the voting interest held by Nordea 1 Sicav in Findel, Luxemburg, in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG fell below the threshold of 5% and now amounts to 3.781%.

We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 9 August 2004 the voting interest held by Nordea Investment Funds S.A., Findel, Luxemburg, in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG exceeded the threshold of 5% and now amounts to 5.67%. 5.67% of the voting shares are attributable to Nordea Investment Funds S.A. in accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1, no. 6, sentence 2 of the WpHG. Furthermore we hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 26 September 2005 the voting interest held by Nordea Investment Funds S.A., Findel, Luxemburg, in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG fell below the threshold of 5% and now amounts to 3.781%. 3.781% of the voting shares are attributable to Nordea Investment Funds S.A. in accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1, no. 6, sentence 2 of the WpHG.
