THE COMPANY’S MOST IMPORTANT ASSET

More than six million people currently work in the healthcare industry. A further four million jobs directly depend on it. This means that roughly every fifth job in Germany is connected to the healthcare sector in some way. And another two million jobs will probably be created in this sector by 2030. For all companies in the industry, it will therefore continue to be a major challenge to find suitably qualified and motivated personnel for the diverse and complex requirements and responsibilities. RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG is no exception.

Nursing staff, clinical laboratory scientists and technical assistants, therapists and physicians and also the management and administration staff all have demanding responsibilities in our clinics. State-of-the-art medical devices and equipment, flexible working-time models as well as numerous options in terms of remuneration, benefits and childcare characterise our clinics and make us an attractive employer throughout Germany.

At each of its five locations, RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG is one of the largest local employers. In total, almost 16,000 people worked for us at the end of 2014. The Group’s fluctuation rate was 2.3 per cent, and the quota of employees with serious disabilities was 7.2 per cent.
